Despite the snow...and the child home on Spring break, I managed to get the menu done. This week I am trying two new Cooking Light recipes. The new issue came last week and I was salivating as usual.

Chicken cutlets with Tarragon-Mushroom Sauce and Quinoa with

Ham and bean soup (moved from last week…ended up being
invited to a party)
Sunday – Easter….tbd
– need to figure out family’s schedule…could be fondue with sister’s family,
could be take out Chinese, could be potluck with friends
