Monday
Maple-Chili Dump chicken with rice and tortilla.
Maple-Chili Dump chicken with rice and tortilla.
Place frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a pan, sprinkle with 2
Tbsp of a mixture of chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and
pepper. Pour 4 Tbsp of maple syrup on top. Allow to thaw in the
mixture. When thawed (it usually takes most of the day), place in a 350
oven and cook until chicken is no longer pink in the center. Slice the
chicken breasts and serve in tortillas with rice and cheese.
